Limeade: The newest I Hook Design pattern.

I am so excited to share not only this Tunisian crochet design, but introduce a new yarn from Oink Pigments Yarns.  The yarn is  Nimbus a # 2 sock; 80% SW Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon410 yds/100g, 3-ply.

A yummy blend of Merino and Cashmere.
For this scarf I carried 2 strands

together to make it a thicker cozier scarf.  Limeade is long enough to wear several ways.  If you notice that by using two strands together from  different hanks the blending of colors is stunning.  I used   “Dill With It” for this scarf.  The gals at Oink Pigments have great names for the colorways.   Nimbus is one of several new yarns being introduced at TNNA (The National Needlearts Association) this weekend in Columbus, OH.

I was supposed to be at TNNA in Columbus this past weekend, but had to cancel the travel plans. I fell and tore 2 ligaments in my left hand.  Waiting on hand surgeon appt. So my crocheting and writing is limited with lots of breaks… I can’t even tell you how frustrating it is.  I only hope everything works out to be able to still attend CGOA Chain Link in July, the odds are good.

If you don’t know how to Tunisian Crochet and would like to learn  Annie’s has a video class by Kim Guzman that will get you on your way…
Limeade is available to purchase in my Ravelry Store and my Craftsy Shop
